Included Services

In addition to the unique experience of cycling with several thousand cyclists over the most beautiful passes in Switzerland, the entry fee includes the following services.

  • Start number / time measurement
    So that you know what you have achieved, we measure your driving time. A finisher list without ranking will give you information about your performance.You will pay a deposit of CHF 10.00 for the start number. You can reclaim this deposit after returning your race number or exchange it for an Alpenbrevet T-shirt.
  • Refreshment Station
    You will find refreshment stations in Innertkirchen, Ulrichen, Airolo, Olivone and Disentis. There will also be free drinks in the Event Village (beer, soft drinks, water).
  • First aid / route safety
    Ambulances and moto marshals will keep you safe along the way.
  • Finisher bag
    All participants who have successfully completed the Alpenbrevet will receive a finisher bag with great goodies from our partners at the finish in Andermatt.
  • Further services
    Shower facilities, guarded bike parking, medical service, luggage transport from Ulrichen to Andermatt and massage service in the multi-purpose hall

Optional Services

  • Personal photos
    The photographers from Sportograf will take pictures of the participants at various points along the route. You can then purchase these pictures on the website www.sportograf.com
  • Finisher medal
    Do you want to receive a medal after crossing the finish line in Andermatt? You can book a medal for a fee when you register or afterwards with your individual link.
  • SMS Service
    You can book the SMS service for a fee when you register or afterwards with your individual change link from the confirmation email. The times are accordingly delivered directly to the mobile phone.

Pasta-Party: Friday, September 5, 2025

On Friday evening, the Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet Pasta Party will take place in the multi-purpose hall at the Event Village. There is now also a vegan option. For CHF 22.00 you get the following menu.

  • Pasta with a choice of 2 sauces or vegan rice option with Planted Meat
  • Soft drink, water or beer
  • Dessert

To ensure that the capacity of the multi-purpose hall can be fully utilized, you can choose between two time slots when you register. We ask that you also appear in your chosen time slot on this day.

Slot 1: 17.30 to 19.00 hrs
Slot 2: 19.00 to 21.00 hrs

Breakfast: Saturday, September 6, 2025

On Saturday morning, we serve a hearty breakfast in the multi-purpose hall at the Event Village. Ideal for the start of a long day. The breakfast buffet is open from 04.00 to 06.30 and you get the following menu for CHF 15.00.

  • Bread with different toppings
  • Bircher muesli / normal muesli
  • Oat flakes
  • Various yogurts
  • Coffee, tea, orange juice, milk
  • Various fruits
Registration opens summer 2025

Early registration is worthwhile! If you would like to register spontaneously for the pasta party or breakfast on site, you will pay a surcharge of CHF 5.00 per menu. In addition, only a limited number of places are available.
