The central location makes the journey to the Andermatt holiday region short and pleasant for guests from the north, south, east and west. The Andermatt holiday region can be reached from Zurich and Lugano in just one and a half to two hours. If you travel by car, you leave the motorway in Göschenen and reach Andermatt from there in ten minutes. Rail travelers take the hourly Gotthard express train to Göschenen and change there to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. The narrow gauge railway has regular connections to the SBB timetable and takes guests to Andermatt in ten minutes.
